A custom mask means it will be made from scratch just for you and adjusted to fit your face perfectly.
The design will be fully agreed with you, starting from the 3D modeling stage. Painting will be done according to your preferences.
We can also help you choose and provide the best options for painting your mask and helmet.
Your mask and helmet will be extremely comfortable to wear thanks to the soft, cushioned inner lining.
- Our masks are only made from high-quality materials such as PLA plastic, polyurethane, poly, acrylic paint, flexible varnish, natural leather, and ultra-soft lining
Making a custom mask is a detailed multi-step process.
First, we create a 3D model based on your references and preferences, designed to fit your head perfectly.
This model then gets 3D printed, trimmed, processed, and prepared for painting. Next comes applying multiple layers of primer.
If you want multiple copies, I'll make a silicone mold. Liquid plastic is then poured into the mold to produce identical masks in bulk.
- Finally, each mask gets hand-painted, fitted with soft padding and accessories, and receives final adjustments for perfect wearability.
The entire custom mask creation process typically takes 15 days to 1 month. Please note that due to high demand, production times may extend longer. Prices for custom masks - hat start at $250 and vary based on complexity and your specific requirements
